QRS/MPG protocols that we have found most productive for
our athletes and clients.
Warning extended use of the mat on settings over 7 such as
60 minutes per session 3 days daily, is counter productive
and has proven to cause restlessness and insomnia.
QRS is an essential part of our winning program at every level,
from training to pre op to post op and rehab, this unit works!
We always consume 2.5 to 4 liters of water through out the
day and take the 200 mg mag supplement recommended.
In almost every case the athlete or client feels worse after
the first session and then progress for pain seems to take
affect within 24 hours in a clear “U turn fashion”
Soft tissue
3 treatments daily for 5 days as follows
Am pillow vital 8-10, 30 minutes
Mid day vital 8-10, 30 minutes
Pm vital 8-10, 30 minutes plus mandatory mat post pillow always
relax 1 16-20 min
After 5 days reduce to 2 xs per day on basic 6-8 30 minutes
always finishing with mat on relax 1, for 16-20 minutes
Bone and ligament repair post op same as above except 10 day
cycle then reduce to pillow 2xs day
AM / PM evening always finish with relax 1, 16-20 minutes
note preop protocol we use is the same as initial soft tissue.
Our goal is to reduce swelling as quickly as possible.
Recovery or regeneration cycle.
Jet lag / Sickness/ low energy such as depressed adrenals
as a result of stress and or over training.
5-8 days
AM Mat vital 10, 20-30 minutes
mid day basic 7, 20-30 min
Evening relax 1, 18-20 minutes
After 5-8 days change program to 2xs per day on mat as follows
Am Basic 8-10, 16 minutes
Evening relax 1, 18-20 minutes
Training and recovery
Before training Basic 8-10 8-10 minutes
After training Basic 6-8 8-10 min all evening training sessions
must finish on relax 1, for 16-20 mins |
